Exchange Policy

At Waleed Peerzada, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. To maintain product integrity and fairness for all customers, we do not offer general returns or refunds. However, exchanges may be provided under specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

1. Exchange Eligibility


An exchange may be approved only in the following situations:
• The product received was damaged during delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
• The item received is the incorrect size

To be eligible for an exchange, requests must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

2. Conditions for Exchange


To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Clear photos showing the issue must be submitted

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival before an exchange is approved.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items


The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:
• Customized or personalized products
• Made-to-order or custom items
• Products where the correct item and size were delivered
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Products returned without original packaging

All purchases are considered final sale unless they qualify for exchange under this policy.

4. How to Request an Exchange

• Description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions if the exchange is approved.

5. Exchange Process


Once the returned item is received and inspected, an exchange will be processed for the same product, subject to stock availability.

If the original product is unavailable, we will assist in providing a suitable alternative.

6. Shipping for Exchanges


If the exchange is approved due to damage or incorrect product, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.

If the exchange is requested due to incorrect size selection, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Processing Time


Approved exchanges are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

8. Important Notice


To maintain product quality and prevent misuse, Waleed Peerzada does not offer refunds or general returns. Exchanges are provided only in cases where the item received is damaged, incorrect, or in the wrong size.
